• You received a defective or damaged product.
• The package was tampered or opened during transit.

• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost. For all other cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
