All orders are processed and packed with care within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote / rural areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotional periods. Any such offer will be clearly displayed on the website.

4. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to track your shipment.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. International Shipping

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

We take utmost care in packaging. However, if you receive a package that is damaged, tampered, or opened, please:

• Refuse to accept the delivery, if possible.
• Or, accept it and contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the package and product.
• We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Srisha Poojanam is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, courier issues, or festival rush.
